Look Within

If you look here there is a collection of words.

When each word stands alone that’s all you have - words.

Each may have a personal definition but these are in isolation they gain their strength when linked with other words. I can give you two words hot and tea. Alone hot could be - weather, a way of describing a person or it could be temperature. Tea could be a cup of or a meal or a tree or leaf. We build our stories around ideas and concepts stringing words together with this web site I want to encourage you to play with the words in your story. See if there is any way you can change the old stories you tell yourself -

             I’m weak. I’m not Enough. I will never be able too ….

Change these words - with encouragement and support I can grow, I can build up my inner strength, I shall forever have the strength and presence of being to be enough and 

I may need guidance to begin with but I can do many things when  I focus.

This poem says to me that I have all the pieces I need to paint todays story and that I need to look within to find the need their sequence..

Thank you for allowing me to be part of  your world today and remember words are like building blocks and you are the architect , the designer and the labor but you are not and can’t be expected to do this alone
