Why I wrote My Struggle

I’ve been in and out of hospital of late and have been caught in the dark pit of despair. In my mind I wanted to quit but then I looked at what was and at all those around me who have faith in my words, those who believed in me and so I picked up my pen and continued with this struggle called life.

I look at people around me every where, I see their power their strength and I know I too must continue this journey called life and accept it as a gift and honor those who have walked before me and those who are yet to come.

Can no one hear my silent screams.

Why must my pain be locked within my dreams

I am so scared

I am so weak

I sit alone
